1. Our Guarantee
Every ViriFlow order is protected by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. We believe so strongly in the quality and effectiveness of our formula that we take all the risk. If ViriFlow does not meet your expectations within 60 days of the date you received your shipment, simply contact us and we will process a full refund of your purchase price.
This guarantee applies regardless of how many bottles you have used. Even if your bottles are completely empty, we will still honor the refund. Our goal is your satisfaction, not simply making a sale.
2. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 60 days of the date your order was received (not the order date).
- The order must have been placed directly through our official website at viriflowe.com.
- You must provide your order number or the email address used at checkout.
- Purchases made through unauthorized third-party sellers (Amazon, eBay, etc.) are not eligible for our guarantee.
3. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email support@viriflow.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
- Provide Your Details: Include your full name, email address used at checkout, and order number.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return shipping instructions.
- Ship the Bottles: Return the bottles (even empty ones) to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
- Response to refund request: Within 2 business days
- Refund processing after return received: 5–10 business days
- Credit card refund to appear: Depends on your bank, typically 3–7 additional business days
Total time from request to money in your account is typically 10–20 business days depending on your financial institution.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@viriflow.com with a photo of the damaged item. In these cases, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you or process a full refund — your choice. Return shipping for damaged or defective items is covered by us.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:
- Check with neighbors and your building’s reception area
- Contact your local post office or the carrier shown in your tracking information
- Email us at support@viriflow.com if the package cannot be located
We will work with you to resolve lost package situations on a case-by-case basis.
7. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@viriflow.com. We process and ship orders quickly. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you may return it under our 60-day guarantee once received.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not covered by our refund policy:
- Orders placed more than 60 days before the refund request
- Purchases made through unauthorized third-party sellers
- Digital bonus products (The Kidney Reset, Hard As Steel, The Sleep Breakthrough) are non-refundable once downloaded
- Original shipping charges (if applicable)
