1. Order Processing
All ViriFlow orders are processed and shipped from our US-based fulfillment center. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays) after payment is confirmed.
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, followed by a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active in the carrier's system.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, or high-volume shipping periods (holidays).
3. Carriers Used
ViriFlow ships via the following carriers depending on your location and the shipping method available at the time of your order:
- USPS (United States Postal Service) — Priority Mail and First Class
- UPS — Ground and Sure Post
- FedEx — Ground and Home Delivery
The specific carrier and service will be shown in your shipping confirmation email.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment using:
- USPS: usps.com
- UPS: ups.com/track
- FedEx: fedex.com
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@viriflow.com.
5. International Shipping
ViriFlow currently ships to select international destinations. International shipping rates and timelines vary by country:

Important for International Customers: You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charges imposed by your country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.
6. Delivery Issues
Package Shows Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors and your building’s mailroom or front desk
- Look for a carrier notification about an alternate delivery location
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
- Allow 24–48 additional hours, as some carriers mark packages delivered early
- Contact us at support@viriflow.com if unresolved after 48 hours
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product, then email us at support@viriflow.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge.
7. Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. ViriFlow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you made an error, contact us immediately at support@viriflow.com — if the order has not yet shipped, we can update the address. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.
8. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO
We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. Delivery times to military addresses may be extended depending on the destination.
